Operational Protocols
•Time limit: 1 hour will be provided for completing the sketch.
Participants can take part individually only (no team entries allowed).
Only pencil (black/graphite) sketches are allowed – no color pencils or other mediums.
Participants must bring their own drawing materials (pencils, erasers, sharpeners, rulers, etc.).
The theme for the sketch will be given on the spot.
Sketches must be drawn on the A3 size sheet provided by the organizers.
Plagiarism or tracing of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Judgment criteria will be based on creativity, originality, neatness, shading techniques, and relevance to the theme.
