Operational Protocols

Time limit: 1 hour 30 minutes.

Team should consist of two members: Artist and model.

Participants need to paint based on a theme provided on the spot.

Stickers and any kind of make-up items are not allowed.

Participants shall bring their own materials.

Judgment will be based on creativity, neatness, complexity and theme justification.

Decision of the judges will be final and binding to all.
